Shipping policy

At RexTek, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.


 

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

RexTek ships via trusted national carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery option available. If you have a carrier preference, please contact us at rxtkshop@proton.me before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


 

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. RexTek is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other factors outside of our control.


 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except in cases where RexTek made an error or the item arrived defective.


 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RexTek currently focuses on domestic US shipping. International shipping availability may vary. Please contact us at rxtkshop@proton.me prior to placing an international order to confirm availability and rates.

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. RexTek is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at rxtkshop@proton.me.


 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable, it will be treated as a return and processed according to our Refund & Return Policy. RexTek reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from any refund issued for refused or undeliverable packages.


 

PACKAGE DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

RexTek takes great care in packaging all orders. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us at rxtkshop@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
