Is the Saurian X62 compatible with my carrier?

The Saurian X62 supports 18 5G NR bands and 19 LTE bands. It has been tested on T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon, each with an active SIM.

Does the Saurian X62 have WiFi?

No. The Saurian X62 is a dedicated cellular modem with no WiFi radios. It connects to your existing router via its 2.5GbE Ethernet port, pairs with whatever WiFi setup you already run.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Can I use the Saurian X62 as my primary internet connection?

Yes. It is built to be a primary connection, especially in rural or underserved areas where cable or fiber is not available.

What happens if my unit arrives damaged?

If your unit arrives damaged, contact us at contact@rextek.co within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Do I need any technical knowledge to set it up?

No advanced technical knowledge is required. The Saurian X62 comes with all necessary hardware and the RexTek Management Suite includes an Initial Setup Wizard that guides you through the configuration step by step.
