Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Yes. Many of our customers use the Skywave X62 as their primary internet source, especially in rural or underserved areas where cable or fiber is unavailable. Simply connect it to your router via the 2.5GbE Ethernet port and you are online.

If your unit arrives damaged, contact us at rxtkshop@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

No advanced technical knowledge is required. The Skywave X62 comes with all necessary hardware and the RexTek Management Suite includes an Initial Setup Wizard that guides you through the configuration step by step.
